Opus Development Corporation recently sold five acres of land in Cambridge, Minn., to retailer Mills Fleet Farm for an undisclosed amount.

“We’re pleased to have worked with Mills Fleet Farm to help meet its retail needs,” said John Gelderman, senior vice president of national retail development at Opus Development Corporation. “Recovery in the retail sector has been slow but steady, and this Cambridge sale is a great example of this trend.”

The site gives Mills Fleet Farm the additional space it needed in front of a recently purchased building, which the retailer plans to convert into a new store to serve its growing customer base.

Mid-America represented Opus in the transaction.
