Nick Murnane has been promoted to senior director of real estate development in the Minneapolis office of the Opus Group.
Murnane has been involved in the delivery of 1,600 multifamily units across the Twin Cities region.
In recent years, Murnane has worked on such notable multifamily developments as Vesi Apartments, 365 Micollet, The Nic on Fifth, Oxbo and more.
