CBRE announced the purchase of an 83,787-square-foot industrial space from 571 South Wheeling Road, by Orange Crush, LLC.
The manufacturing building is situated on 4.3 acres and was previously occupied by Main Steel. The buyer plans to reposition the property to accommodate its business.
Orange Crush, LLC serves the road construction and road-building supply needs of Chicagoland, including Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Lake County and Will County.
Ryan Bain, Zach Graham, and John Maloney in CBRE’s Industrial Properties group, were the sole brokers in the transaction.
