Eric Wagener of Owen Wagener & Co. positioned a 468,799-square-foot, four-property portfolio sale of $30 million. Since the year 2000, Owen Wagener & Co. handled the leasing at two of the four properties before taking on the entire portfolio in 2014. Clear Height Properties purchased the collection of properties in Chicago’s west suburbs.
The portfolio consists of a 200,774-square foot-office building at 2625 Butterfield road in Oak Brook, Illinois, as well as three other flex properties in Bensenville, Elmhurst and Willowbrook, totaling 267,774 square feet. Over the years Owen Wagener & Co. has maintained steady leasing at all four assets, keeping the portfolio at 80 percent leased or higher. Since the beginning of 2018 Owen Wagener & Co. leased and renewed over 25 tenants before the sale of the portfolio in July of 2018.
