Construction on the $9 million student housing complex at El Dorado, Kan.-based Butler Community College is scheduled to wrap up Aug. 1.
Oxbow Development, a student housing developer out of Bettendorf, Iowa, is building the 192-unit property, named The Villas at Butler.
The complex will be 100 percent occupied at the time of completion, with a waiting list.
The property features a 3,000-square-foot gathering space, study rooms, fitness center, swimming pool and computer lab/conference room.
Grubb & Ellis|Martens Commercial Group in Wichita, Kan., represented Butler Community College in the solicitation of RFPs from developers.
