P.A. Commercial closed the sale of 31690 W 12 Mile Road, an 11,806-square-foot office building in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The building closed for $1.15 million.
Longtime home to Nudell Architect’s Michigan location, this building also had a 1,813-square-foot high-tech, drive-in area and a second floor. Daniel Blugerman, senior associate with P.A. Commercial, represented both the seller and buyer.
Previously, Blugerman had offered the building for sale/lease at another firm, but did not reach a successful deal. This second time around, the building was on the market for 10 months during the Coronavirus pandemic and was listed for $1.25 million. The buyers, Dr. & Dr. Oshiyoye, were interested in this building to support their growing physician and nursing services businesses.
Blugerman was also instrumental in introducing the buyers to Level One Bank, which provided attractive financing for the owner/occupant.
