St. Louis-based Pace Properties represented Panera Bread in its ground lease of 1.09 acres at 14646 Machester Road in Ballwin, Missouri.
Panera is leasing the land from Anderson Land Investments VI, LLC, which was represented by St. Louis Commercial Realty.
Panera will build one of its next-generation restaurants on this land.
