Chicago-based Paine Wetzel – TCN Worldwide represented Great Lakes Reloading in the purchase of 386,675-square-foot facility on a 65.63 acre site located at 13535 S. Torrence Avenue in Chicago. Principals, Jerry Sullivan and Ed Wabick brokered the deal.
Several of the property’s many advantages include its proximity to I-57, dual rail spurs, multi-rail providers to the site and the overall land size. This acquisition will allow Great Lakes Reloading to increase its continued business growth. Jim Shields and Nate Rexroth handled the sale on behalf of Centerpoint Properties.
