Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 100,000-square-foot industrial lease within LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wis.

Parker Plastics has renewed its lease of 100,000 square feet within a 263,718-square-foot industrial facility at 8201 109th St. in Pleasant Prairie. Parker Plastics was founded in 1989 out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and focuses on custom plastic container manufacturing.  The company has three plants in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Maryland housing 30 different production lines.

Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, SIOR, senior vice president; and Brad Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented the owner, CenterPoint Properties, in the transaction and Ryan Bain along with Sean Kropke of CBRE worked on behalf of the tenant.

LakeView Corporate Park is the home of many Fortune 500 Companies and offers access to I-94 via the full interchange at Route 165. The park is located within 45 minutes of O’Hare and 25 minutes of Milwaukee’s Mitchell International Airport. Companies within the park benefit from low Wisconsin property taxes and utility rates.
