Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the lease of a 167,000-square-foot high-end industrial building located within the Amhurst Lake Business Park at 3600 Amhurst Parkway in Waukegan.
VPL Logistics is a contract packaging solutions provider. The company is growing and signed a long-term lease for the facility. The company chose the building for their warehouse/distribution operation because of its central location and proximity to I-94 as well as the abundant building and park amenities.
Whit Heitman, principal; Sam Badger, senior vice president; and Bradley Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide worked on behalf of the landlord, Prudential Financial. Heitman also worked on behalf of the tenant, VPL Logistics.
