Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed a 314,249-square-foot lease to Integrated Merchandising Systems in Kenosha, Wis.
IMS has leased the remaining 314,249 square feet of space and now occupies the entire 626,784-square-foot industrial building located at 10100 58th Place in Kenosha, which is owned by LaSalle Investment Management. IMS leased the initial 312,500 square feet of space last year.
Headquartered in Morton Grove, Ill., IMS is an Omnicom Group company and a merchandising service agency with three core competencies: point-of-sale, branded merchandise and warehousing. IMS chose the property primarily due to the location, upscale features of the building and the ability to expand within the facility. The company has consolidated a few of its locations into this one facility that offers 32-foot clear ceiling height, ample loading and close proximity to I-94.
Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, senior vice president; and Brad Weiner, vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide along with Andrew Beckler of Feld Real Estate represented IMS in the transaction.
