Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a 48,000-square-foot building in Chicago.

Midwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc., a distributor of truck and auto parts, has purchased the 48,000-square-foot building at 850 W. Exchange in Chicago. The company is expanding and chose the location because of the proximity to their current operation in the Stockyards Industrial Park. Other advantages are the proximity to I-55, I-94, Midway Airport and the city of Chicago. The building provides 1,600 square feet of office space, three interior docks, one drive-in door, 18 feet clearance and 100 amps of power.

Brad Weiner, vice president, and Edward Wabick, principal of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented both the seller, Morse Automotive Corp. and Midwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc. in the transaction.
