Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Terry Lynch, Vice President of the firm, represented Black Swan Manufacturing Company in their purchase of a new 22,000 square foot building located at 4255 W. Lake Street on Chicago’s west side.
The plumbing chemical and accessory company is expanding and selected this facility due to its size, high number of docks, large parking lot and proximity to the company’s headquarters also located on Chicago’s west side at 4540 W. Thomas Street.
The building’s seller, Midwest Canvass, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Larry Goldwasser, Jay Maher and Colin Green.
