In a significant new addition to the firm’s market-leading team in Chicago, Paul Giannopulos has joined the Chicago office of JLL as a Senior Vice President focusing on tenant representation.
Giannopulos, 35, specializes in advising clients on strategic real estate planning, acquisition/dispositions of owned and leased properties, and portfolio and lease administration. Many of Paul’s clients have multi-market needs, and he will work closely with JLL colleagues George Kotrogiannis and Kurt Kittner to deliver JLL’s robust platform of services.
Giannopulos’ arrival at JLL follows the hiring, over the past 60 days, of Kevin Rogers, Todd Mintz, Jeff Miller, Andy Strand, Kyle Harding and Jay Heald — all seven of whom joined the firm’s Tenant Representation Group.
