Butterfield Properties has signed a new lease for 4,391 square feet with Peace Hospice in Naperville. The office is part of a 59,898 multi-story building located at 1717 N. Naper Boulevard. The recent transaction represents the third new tenant at the property in 2012 and now brings the building to 86 percent occupancy.
1717 N. Naper was renovated in 2012 and has remaining availability of 8,466 square feet ranging from 110- to 4,485-square-foot suites. Property features include multiple building conference rooms, tenant lounge, vending area, adjacent hotel, International Business Centre shared office suite and direct access to I-88 via Naperville Road.
