OCM and Peak Construction Corporation celebrated OCM’s building expansion with a ground-breaking ceremony May 15 in Grayslake, Illinois.
A total of 60 people, inclding OCM’s executives who flew in from Japan, attended the celebration.
The 203,257-square-foot design-build addition will increase OCM’s operations into a 337,208-square-foot facility.
The addition features a 30-foot clear height and adds 10 dock doors, three drive-in doors and 115 car spaces.
Projected completion is expected by the end of the year. Peak is teamed on this project with Cornerstone Architects and Manhard Consulting.
