Peak Construction Corporation joins the IDI Gazeley Antioch Corporate Center Team, along with Colliers International, Heitman Architects and Jacob and Hefner, to construct Building A in the park.

“It’s a sign of the times – things are getting better for the industrial construction industry. We couldn’t be happier to not only be a part of such a significant project, but to also initiate an ongoing relationship with IDI Gazeley,” stated John Reilly, President.

The Team will kick-off the park’s re-ignited development with construction of the 454,276 square foot facility later this month. As one of the first new spec buildings being built again in the Chicago area, the LEED accredited building will feature a 36 foot clear height and 48′ x 60′ bays. As part of the multi-phased development, located near I94 and Route 45, Building A will cover 23 acres of approximately 100 acres available.
