Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded the Headwaters tenant improvement project in Richfield, Ohio.
The tenant improvement at 2636 Brecksville Road will include a 13,500-square-foot office remodel in the 34,396-square-foot industrial outdoor storage building located on 11 acres with 22 14’x12’ drive-in doors, as well as remote restroom additions and exterior work including a fenced and paved yard.
Peak is teamed with Meld Architects. The project will be completed by the end of Q1 2026.
