Entre Commercial Realty LLC has completed the sale of a 17,380-square-foot industrial facility at 951 Nicholas Blvd, in northwest suburban Elk Grove Village.
The property was purchased by Perma-Seal, a residential basement waterproofer serving the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana for more than 30 years. The Elk Grove Village building will replace their facility in Rosemont.
