Phase II of Enclave West completed in time for SIUE students to start school year

IMPACT Strategies has completed a $9million expansion to Enclave West, a popular off-‐campus student housing development in Edwardsville, Ill., just in time for Southern Illinois University-‐Edwardsville (SIU-‐E) students to begin the 2014-‐ 15 school year.

The project is the third Enclave development constructed by IMPACT in the past three years. Enclave Capital Management, LLC., has been aggressively developing its Enclave communities as the area’s only off-‐ campus housing exclusively dedicated to SIU-‐E students.

IMPACT began construction last October, just two months after completing the first phase of Enclave West. As part of the project, IMPACT had to run new utilities to an undeveloped area, as well as add a new intersection at Poag Road and University Drive. This latest expansion to Enclave West adds five buildings and 192 beds, as well as a wellness center with study areas and a fitness room for yoga and Pilates. Phase II brings the total number of beds at Enclave West to 552. Enclave Capital Management, LLC owns a total of 904 beds between Enclave and Enclave West.
