Affiliates of Milwaukee-based Phoenix Investors acquired eight industrial properties totaling 831,000 square feet for $9.25 million. The properties are located throughout Kentucky.
Phoenix acquired the properties from affiliates of Pope Companies. The eight industrial buildings are located in the Kentucky cities of Morehead, Carrollton, Danville, Maysville and Mount Sterling.
The properties were built from 1989 through 2004. They all feature generous clear heights and ample docks. Their overall occupancy rate is 62 percent.
Bryan Flaherty of CBRE brokered the transaction.
