Michael Gold was recently hired by Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC as VP of Leasing.
At Pine Tree, Gold will oversee leasing activities and tenant placement strategies for a majority of Pine Tree’s portfolio of shopping centers across the United States.
“With five years of experience in leasing retail space, analyzing prospective market scenarios, and identifying current tenant strategies, Gold brings a wealth of capability to the Pine Tree leasing team,” said Roe. “We are incredibly excited by the creative energy, professional depth and capacity Michael will add that will allow us to effectively manage future activity and focus on the continuing evolution of retail trends.”
