The Pizzuti Companies has announced that national retailer Bonobos has signed a new lease at the firm’s latest mixed-use development in the Short North Arts District, located at 875 N. High St. in Columbus, Ohio.

Bonobos will occupy 1,500 square feet along High Street on the ground floor. Originally founded as an online-only retailer in 2007, Bonobos began opening brick-and-mortar locations in 2012.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bonobos as our first retail tenant in the building,” said Phil Rasey, Vice President of Development for The Pizzuti Companies, in a written statement. “The brand is a great addition to the building and the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a natural fit.”

Bonobos will join the office tenant, Industrious, in Pizzuti’s four-story mixed-use building. Industrious is the largest premium workplace provider in the United States and will occupy 30,000 square feet on the building’s third and fourth floors. The building will open in July of this year.
