The Belton Planning Commission on Aug. 16 approved a final development plan for new Dutch Bros. Coffee shop in Belton, Missouri.
The Grants Pass, Oregon-based company is the largest privately held drive-through coffee chain in the United States.
The $1.2 million drive-through Dutch Bros. shop will open at 1733 E. North Ave. in Belton. The 950-square-foot location will have a two-lane drive-through and a walk-up window.
The plan calls for the demolition of the long-vacant former Sheridan’s Frozen Custard building. Bear Construction Services of Overland Park, Kansas, is the general contractor.
