Podolsky Circle CORFAC International was named the court-appointed receiver for multiple properties throughout the Chicagoland region. The three newest additions to the company’s receivership portfolio are located in Franklin Park, Melrose Park and River Forest and include industrial and retail properties as well as a portfolio of land assets.

Podolsky Circle senior director of property management Robert Dahlgren will act as receiver for the assignments, while principal Adam Tarantur, CCIM, will oversee the brokerage side in select deals, as approved by the courts. Since inception, Podolsky Circle has handled 84 receiverships for banks and special servicers. The firm has provided dozens of broker opinions of value for all property types.

“Our experienced accounting and property management teams provide stream-lined court reporting and serve as a single point of contact for our clients,” said Dahlgren. “For these newest assignments, we were recommended by national as well as local banking partners.”
