Pogoda Companies recently closed the sales of two self-storage facilities in Michigan, one in Lansing and the second in Mason.
Mark Floria brokered both deals, bringing them to close in the same week. Florida sold a total of 100,510 square feet of rentable space for a combined amount of more than $7 million dollars.
Budget Self Storage, sold by Logan I-96 Storage, is based in Lansing, Michigan, and consists of 48,350 square feet of space in 396 units. An out-of-state buyer purchased this facility for $3.8 million.
N. Cedar, LLC sold Mason, Michigan-based Mason Mini Storage. This property includes 353 units and 52,160 square feet of rentable space. An out-of-state buyer purchased the property for $3.27 million.
