PREMIER Design + Build Group has wrapped up construction on the Agility Logistics tenant improvement, just three months after completing shell construction for Bridge Development Partners. The firm leased the space last May within Bridge Point Franklin Park Building I, 10501 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois.

An integrated logistics company, Agility Logistics brings efficiency to supply chains in some of the most challenging environments, offering unmatched personal service, a global footprint and customized capabilities in developed and developing economies alike. Agility Logistics is a publicly traded company with more than $4.6 billion in revenue and more than 22,000 employees in over 500 offices across 100 countries.

Its new 117,771-square-foot facility is constructed of precast concrete and glass, with 32-foot clear height ceilings, 110 parking spaces, 18 exterior truck docks and one drive-in door. The tenant buildout included a 19,972-square-foot, open-plan office spanning two floors.

“We are excited to be part of the team, contributing to Agility’s continued growth,” PREMIER Midwest market leader, Mark Melone, said. “Ongoing communication and flexibility were definitely the keys to this project’s success.”

The project was overseen by PREMIER project manager, Samantha Skopek, and superintendent, Zach Gadomski. Ware Malcomb provided architectural services for the buildout, and structural engineering support was provided by Swift Structural Design.
