PREMIER Design + Build Group’s statement regarding Alexandra Jimenez:
We’re proud to welcome Alexandra Jimenez to our corporate office as an assistant project manager who will help our team and clients in the Midwest succeed. She has more than seven years of experience and has seen dozens of projects through from kickoff to completion. Her talent as a creative problem solver and natural ability as a collaborative partner make her a perfect fit for PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC.
“When it comes to 24/7 commitment to clients and leading the design + build community, PREMIER is the very best there is,” says Jimenez. “I’m thrilled to be part of this team.”
Jimenez began her career as a property manager at a major logistics company in the Chicago area. She analyzed and evaluated financial statements, monitored expenses, maintained contracts and identified cost-saving opportunities. Using her extensive knowledge of Chicago-area leasing and market conditions, she developed effective operating budgets and established positive relationships with a variety of project teams.
She most recently worked for one of the largest property management firms in Illinois and focused on project management. She partnered with engineers, builders, owners and finance managers. Jimenez worked closely with contractors, vendors and executives, earned more responsibility and respect in her role, and ultimately managed a 5 million square-foot multi-client portfolio.
As a key team member at PREMIER, she is responsible for communicating with project teammates and stakeholders such as owners, vendors, subcontractors and the design team. She reviews plans and drawings, prepares estimates according to budgets, holds meetings and oversees construction schedules. Alexandra’s meticulous nature is matched by her passion for completing a job on time and within the proposed fiscal estimate.
She is a hands-on employee with an impressive work ethic who provides on-site support for other PREMIER project managers and collaborates well with engineers, builders, owners and other decision makers. She also believes that site safety is one of the most critical aspects of the job and works with safety personnel to maintain a great track record. Her dedication and project management experience helped to facilitate a smooth transition to the PREMIER team.
“Alexandra’s well-rounded background will serve our clients well,” says PREMIER Executive Vice President Brian Paul. “Her ability to resolve problems and navigate obstacles is what put her at the top of the list. We are fortunate to have Alexandra on the team.”
