(December 17, 2014) PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC was voted General Contractor of the Year at NAIOP Chicago’s 2014 Awards for Excellence dinner at The Grand Ballroom on Navy Pier November 19, 2014. PREMIER team members were honored to be the recipient of this prestigious award.
The annual ceremony is hosted by an association of commercial real estate professionals and provides a platform for showcasing leaders and individual projects in various market segments within the commercial real estate industry. Recipients of each award are nominees voted on by attendees at the event.
PREMIER won the award based on the submission of their three largest and most high-profile projects of 2014: the 365,359 sq ft, LEED Silver, state-of-the-art industrial build-to-suit for FREEMAN in McCook, Illinois; the 406,212 sq ft speculative industrial facility in Libertyville, Illinois, and a 363,711 sq ft industrial build-to-suit in Naperville, Illinois for an undisclosed fortune 500 company.
