Tobias has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes and growing PREMIER’s project portfolio in the Northeast. With two decades of expertise in adaptive reuse, commercial, industrial, interiors, healthcare, residential, and hospitality, Tobias is a trusted advisor who helps clients maximize value and mitigate risks to bring innovative projects to life.
In this expanded role, Tobias’s responsibilities extend further into a strategic leadership position, focusing on the overall growth of PREMIER’s Northeast region. She will play a key role in aligning project strategies with PREMIER’s long-term goals, managing risk across all projects, and working diligently to drive growth. Additionally, she will continue to strengthen business development efforts and enhance client relationships.
