PREMIER Design + Build Group LLC is wrapping up construction of a new 17,000-square-foot office building in Itasca.
The new two-story building is comprised of load-bearing architectural precast and will be able to accommodate up to six tenants.
The current interior build-out includes 17 private offices and multiple formal conference spaces with floor to ceiling glass enclosures. Additional design features include a large space designated specifically for entertainment and recreation purposes, ample storage closets, mail room, lobby and an entryway with a shared common area.
A new integral concrete curb parking lot will be installed along with a stamped concrete patio. Plenty of employee and visitor parking will be provided for with 52 parking stalls.
Joe Ahrens of PREMIER Design + Build is the project manager overseeing the construction and Zach Gadomski is the project superintendent. Jeff Fischer with NAI Hiffman is brokering the property.
