PREMIER Design + Build Group has opened a second office, located in Broward County, Fla., and has named Ben Branch as senior vice president, Southeast Division.
A successful introduction into the design + build construction market has paved the way for PREMIER to expand operations. PREMIER has been building new relationships and launching initiatives in the emergent southeastern segment of the marketplace, creating the need for a physical presence in the region.
“The southeastern market segment is well positioned for continued strong growth in the commercial and industrial markets. Quantifiable progress of international trade has created a strategic opportunity to open an office in this region,” said PREMIER’s President Alan Zocher. “We are confident this will be a prosperous endeavor for PREMIER, and for our clients.”
Serving as an identified point-of-contact for the region, the new office guarantees appropriate coordination of highly experienced teams on each project, while maintaining budgeting and scheduling as paramount objectives. Additionally, the satellite location will facilitate continued service and growth for existing Midwest connections on a national level.
The expansion substantiates the successful handling and completion of numerous projects varying in scale and industry, and serves as a pivotal point of growth for the company. PREMIER was able to sustain a profitable business through the economic downturn, and pre-recession revenues have now been exceeded, establishing strength and demonstrating quality of work in an increasingly competitive economy.
The overall success of the company has been the catalyst to expand to a national level. PREMIER now has a physical presence in the southeast region to orchestrate construction and design needs, supporting the ultimate goal of continued quality and efficiency to existing and prospective clients and partners anywhere in the country.
Senior Vice President Ben Branch is heading up the new location. Branch’s 25 years of extensive experience in design, construction and real estate development will provide the new venture with an advantageous approach. His diverse knowledge in various market sectors will prove invaluable to the success of the office.
“Ben’s extensive experience in this market will provide PREMIER with an immediate benefit. His well-versed knowledge is a critical asset to our future success,” said Executive Vice President Brian Paul. “We are fortunate to have him on board.”
Branch holds an associate’s degree in drafting and design technologies from Electronics Institute, and a bachelor’s of architectural engineering degree in construction management from Penn State University.
He is finalizing his master’s of business administration from Florida International University, with an anticipated completion date of May 2014.
