IBJ media has named Heather Ennis, president and chief executive officer of the Northwest Indiana Forum, to the Indiana 2250, a list of the most influential business and community leaders in Indiana.
This is the second year in a row that Ennis has been named to the list.
Ennis was included in the Civic Leadership category for her work on Northwest Indiana’s IGNITE the Region plan, which helped win a $50 million state READI grant and is being used to increase the region’s population, per capita income and economic development.
Ennis is a membrer of the Indiana Economic Development Association Board, Metro Chambers Coalition, Indiana Vision 2025+ board, Indiana Defense Task Force, United Way of Northwest Indiana board and Porter County Community Foundation Grant Committee.
