Presidio Networked Solutions has leased 8,710 square feet of space within O’Hare Gateway Office Center located at 9500 W. Bryn Mawr in Rosemont for the relocation of its offices from 8725 W. Higgins Road in Chicago. The 350,000-square foot-Class A office complex is situated in suburban Chicago’s O’Hare office submarket and features state-of-the-art systems and technological capabilities.
Presidio is a provider of professional and managed services for advanced IT solutions. The company employs more than 2,000 IT professionals, 1,000 of which are highly certified consulting engineers, within 50-plus offices across the U.S.
Les Spinner, executive vice president; Joe Houlihan, associate; Curt Stanton, SIOR, principal; and Ryan Bertin, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide worked on behalf of the building owner, MJH Rosemont LLC, in the transaction and Josh Robbie along with Mary Catherine Williams of UGL Equis represented the tenant. Quadrangle Development is the property manager for 9500 West Bryn Mawr, and is handling the build-out project for Presidio, under the supervision of Beth Darby and Tim Sweeney.
