Principle Construction Corp. has completed the build-out of a new Sherwin Williams retail store located at 1060 E. Lincoln Highway in New Lenox.
Principle Construction Corp. worked closely with Location Finders International and Sherwin Williams to ensure the all Sherwin Williams standards were achieved on the project and the 4,658-square-foot build-out was finished ahead of schedule. The project combined completely finished retail/showroom/display space with warehouse space which allowed for racked product storage. Principle integrated many of Sherwin Williams products into the project including specialty paint products/finishes, composite tile flooring and high end vinyl plank flooring. Additional improvements included modification of glass storefront main entry, construction of washroom facilities and the construction of a drive-in door to accommodate deliveries.
