Principle Construction Corp. has completed a 6,000-square-foot office build-out for Celerity Pharmaceuticals in Columbia Centre, located at 9450 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont, Illinois. Principle’s offices are located in the same building.
Celerity Pharmaceuticals, LLC is member of the Capstone Development Services family. Capstone supports pharmaceutical drug product development and recently combined offices at Columbia Centre II to its new suite on the second floor. The new space gives the firm an opportunity to update its workspaces and allow for continued growth.
“This expansion was a great way for our team to show off our talents within our own building,” said Principle co-owner Mark E. Augustyn, who served as principal on the project. “It was a great working with Celerity to create a modern, useable space for their new venture.”
Principle’s Ernest Spina was the senior project manager and alongside was Carlie Wallin and Bradley Rostron as assistant project managers. JDJ Architects provided design services for the project, which began and was completed in less than three months.
