James A. Brucato and Mark E. Augustyn, owners of Principle Construction Corp., announced that their firm recently completed a 22,000 square foot expansion for the Visual Pak Companies, a packaging and liquid blending company, located at 1731 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, Illinois.
The 22,000 square foot expansion included a 250 square foot chemical mixing room for the firm’s liquid blending filling business as well as upgrades to the existing facility, where Visual Pak first began leasing in 2009.
“Visual Pak Companies needed more space to spread out its expanding business,” stated James Brucato of Principle Construction Corp. “The new equipment and finishes will also help Visual Pak remain competitive in the ever-advancing packaging industry.”
Mike Long served as Director of Project Management along with Doug Ingram who served as Superintendent for Principle Construction Corp. Partners in Design served as the project architect.
