Principle Construction Corp. was recently selected for a renovation and 2,369-square-foot office expansion for Catalytic Products International located at 980 Ensell Drive in Lake Zurich.
Catalytic Products International is expanding its operations and selected Principle Construction Corp. to remodel their current offices as well as construct 2,369 square feet of expanded office space into their existing warehouse area. The project will include the installation of a curtain wall window system, demolition of an existing warehouse demising wall and overhead door for easy loading of Catalytic’s pollution control equipment. Principle will renovate and construct private offices using an open office floor plan along with a conference room, restrooms and break room. New installation of an HVAC system within the expanded space as well as the upgrading of existing plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems will also be completed.

“Our ability to capture unused warehouse space, and quickly integrate it into the flow of their existing office within a short timeframe is key to supporting Catalytic’s need to rapidly add skilled engineers and technicians to their staff. Enhancing their office image while maximizing every dollar of their budget is an overriding goal of the project as well,” said Mark Augustyn, chief operating officer for Principle.
