Gerry Norton, a senior vice president with the Minneapolis office of Binswanger, has been named a 2012 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group.
This award is given to those commercial real estate professionals who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales and leases in their markets.
Norton qualified because of the high number of commercial leases he closed during the year.
Significant transactions closed by Norton include 364,757 square feet in Milford, Iowa, and 220,000 square feet in Cannon Falls, Minn.
