Brad Ashley, Managing Director of Property and Facilities Management for Newmark Zimmer in Kansas City, Missouri, has been confirmed for his second year on the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) International Executive Committee.
The confirmation took place at the Virtual IREM Summit, a two-day real estate management education and networking experience.
IREM serves real estate professionals who manage multi-family and commercial real estate. IREM is an international force of 20,000 individuals united to advance the profession of real estate management.
During the past 15 years of his career, Ashley’s involvement with IREM has grown from a local committee member, to Chapter President, to National Committee Chair, to Regional Vice President and now Executive Committee.
Ashley has been a frequent contributor to IREM’s Journal of Property Management and often presents new content to the membership in person and on virtual platforms.
In his current capacity, Ashley is one of a small group of members who works directly with both the IREM CEO and leadership team to shape the future vision of the organization. With Ashley’s leadership, IREM continues to provide industry-leading education and certain ethical standards of practice so their members are equipped to manage properties at the highest level.
