NAIOP recently named Eugene Reilly as its 2013 chairman of the board.
Reilly accepted the leadership gavel from 2012 chairman William Hunt, president and chief executive officer of Pittsburgh-based The Elmhurst Group, during NAIOP’s Development ’12 meeting held recently in Washington, D.C.
Reilly is chief executive officer for the Americas for Prologis, a 29-year-old San Francisco-based organization. Prologis is an owner, operator and developer of industrial logistics real estate across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Prologis’ real estate holdings include $45 billion in total assets under management; approximately 565 million square feet owned, managed or underdevelopment; and an operating portfolio of approximately 3,061 industrial properties.
Reilly joined NAIOP in 2000.
