Prologis has leased 32,511 square feet at 1947-1953 Delaney Road in Gurnee to International Precision Components Corp.
The building features on-site trailer parking, 28-foot clear heights and 25- by 65-foot bays. The multi-customer facility has direct access onto Route 41 and Delaney Road and is in proximity to the four-way intersection onto I-94.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented both parties in the transaction.
