Prologis recently selected Cassidy Turley to serve as the exclusive leasing provider for its 7.4-million-square-foot portfolio in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Cassidy Turley also announced that David Kelly has joined the firm as a Vice President. Kelly will focus on the sale and leasing of industrial property in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Before joining the firm, Kelly managed leasing, marketing and property operations for Prologis for 15-plus years in Cincinnati and Louisville. Kelly was instrumental in bringing the ProLogis assignment to Cassidy Turley. Along with Kelly, the Prologis account will be handled by executive managing director and principal Jeff Bender; senior vice president and principal Tom McCormick; and senior vice president and principal Ben McNab.
“We’re very pleased with the arrangement we’ve made with Cassidy Turley as we move toward a new leasing model,” said Brian Marsh, senior vice president for Prologis. “We interviewed a number of firms, and Cassidy Turley offered the right solution. Their team approach, market-leasing experience, collaborative vision and commitment to continuity sealed the deal.”
“We have a long history and solid relationship with Prologis in Greater Cincinnati,” said Bender at Cassidy Turley. “We are very pleased that Prologis views us as a trusted partner, and we are thrilled to have Dave Kelly on our team. The combination of Dave’s knowledge and expertise will put us in a strong position to retain tenants and increase occupancy in Prologis assets here. “
