@properties Developer Services, the new-construction sales and marketing division of Chicago’s largest residential brokerage firm, and Ansley Developer Services, which handles development sales for the fastest-growing brokerage firm in Atlanta, have merged.
The new firm, which will go by the name @properties Developer Services, is led by six partners with a combined 125 years of new-construction sales experience in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. They include @properties co-founders and co-CEOs, Mike Golden and Thad Wong; Ansley Atlanta Real Estate founder and CEO, Bonneau Ansley; and former Ansley Developer Services principals, Nick Cassini, Dimitri Cassini and David Tufts.
The merger comes on the heels of @properties’ 2019 partnership with Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, which is separately owned from the developer services business. That move sought to leverage @properties’ proprietary technology and robust marketing capabilities to drive growth across multiple markets.
