Jerad Protaskey will join Opus Development Corporation’s real estate team as a real estate manager in Milwaukee.
Protaskey will manage commercial real estate development efforts, including market research, land analysis and selection, land purchase, lease negotiations and overall project develoment and marketing.
“We’re always at work to ensure growth of both our design-build construction and our real estate development platforms,” said Julie Ledger, vice president/general manager of the Wisconsin Office of Opus Development Corporation. “I am confident that Jerad will be an excellent asset in showcasing and continuing the growth of our extensive real estate expertise.”
Protaskey joined Opus in 2003.
