Bob Chalupa, senior vice president of Q10|Daisley Ruff Financial, recently closed a $5.5 million permanent loan for Empire Spectrum, a 143,050-square-foot office and industrial complex in West Omaha, Neb.
The loan is non-recourse and carries an interest rate of 4.4 percent. Payments are based on a 25-year amortization. The loan is assumable and has a secondary financing provision.
