Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has brokered the sale of a single-tenant industrial building located at 9707 S. Industrial Drive in Bridgeview, Illinois. The 28,575-square-foot building is situated on two acres of paved land, ideal for ample trailer parking and outside storage.
The buyer, an owner/user based in Chicago, acquired the property for $1,750,000. The seller is an out-of-state investor located in Coalville, Utah. Jason Caplan, senior vice president of Quantum, represented both parties in the transaction.
“The interest in this deal was outstanding due to the low vacancy and ample tractor trailer parking,” Caplan said. “The property sold for 17 percent above list price due to the competitive bidding from multiple buyers.”
