The property was sold for $3,200,000. The shopping center was 100% occupied at the time of closing. Tenants include: Dunkin’ Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Boost Mobile, and other local tenants.
The Seller was a local development group based in Portage, IN, who was also the original developer. The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Chicago. Chad Firsel, President and Conor Bossy, Vice President of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. represented the Seller in this transaction.
