Daniel Waszak and Zack Hilgendorf have been appointed as executive vice presidents of the capital markets division at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. Both are based out of the firm’s Chicago office.
For 10 years, Waszak has been a part of the Quantum team, using his finance background and a pragmatic approach to deal making to set himself apart from others in the field. During his tenure, Waszak has completed over $1 billion in sales.
Hilgendorf has been with the Quantum team since 2016. He has a keen sense of the critical aspects of each deal which allows him to quickly and successfully take deals from inception to closing. Hilgendorf has closed over $500 million in sales during his career.
“Dan and Zack’s focus is achieving the optimal value for clients as they advise them in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate,” said Chad M.
