Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 15,930-square-foot shopping center — Grand Pointe Plaza — in Portage, Ind.
The property sold for $3.2 million.
The shopping center was 100-percent occupied at the time of closing, with tenants including Dunkin’ Donuts, Firehouse Subs and Boost Mobile. The seller was a local development group based in Portage.
